CareerOracle™ for Schools · The AI Career Guidance Agent for Counsellors
Each student has a 15-minute voice conversation with the Oracle and gets a full career profile. Your counsellors see who needs them first. They stay in charge. CareerOracle™ gives them the reach.
Most students get a few minutes of guidance before choices that shape their lives. A second counsellor isn't in most budgets. CareerOracle™ gives your team the reach of a bigger one.
Students per counsellor.
Even the recommended 250 is too many.
Each student talks to the Oracle in their own time. Results reach you as they come in.
Profiles are ready before the meeting, so it starts with the real conversation.
The portal flags students heading for the wrong choice while there's still time.
The portal drafts parent letters, sets reminders and tells you who needs you this week, so your time goes to the students who need it most.

No integration, no setup, no IT ticket.
Track and measure student progress and outcomes.
Priority queue ranked by Clarity Score. Automatic mismatch alerts. Science-based student profiles, career paths checked against real job-market data, and a personal action plan.

That's your view. Your students get their own: a dashboard that grows with them.
Try the student dashboard →Students open your school's link and talk for about 15 minutes. No forms, just a real conversation. A parent confirms first where the law requires it.
15 MINUTESThe moment the conversation ends, the student's full career profile is ready. No waiting, no manual scoring. Your counsellors see it appear on their dashboard in real time.
INSTANT PROFILEProfiles, Clarity Scores, mismatch alerts and shared action plans. Never the conversations themselves. Less data gathering, more real conversations.
LIVE DASHBOARDWe measure accuracy with students' own ratings over time, and will publish the results from our founding schools.
Schools that can demonstrate concrete career preparation are pulling ahead in parent satisfaction and enrollment. The questions families are now asking admissions teams have changed.
"The World Economic Forum estimates that 44% of workers' core skills will change in the next five years. Parents know this. They want proof their school is thinking about it."

AI simplifies and scales the guidance, giving counsellors more time for what technology can’t replace. Experience guides better than any test: self-discovery reveals who they are, mentors bring the real world to students, and brain science helps them choose their future well.
Book a demo →Every student deserves meaningful guidance, but one counsellor can only do so much. After a decade exploring different paths myself, I believe young people deserve better tools to navigate theirs. We help you support more students while making more room for the human guidance that matters most.

A voice-led AI conversation builds each student's profile. Drawing on the most studied research on careers, personality and motivation, it produces a Clarity Score, an identity archetype, and three career paths with salary ranges. All in 15 minutes, no forms. AI estimates for a better conversation, not a psychometric test.
Every student ranked 0-100 by Career Clarity Score. Red means confusion, green means direction. Your counsellors open Monday knowing exactly who to reach out to, before anyone asks for help.
When a student's application contradicts their career profile, your counsellor is notified automatically. The right conversation happens before the wrong commitment is made.
Each student gets a step-by-step plan tied to their career paths: this week, this month, in three months, in one year. Counsellors see completion rates per student and track progress across the cohort.
For each career path: three concrete routes (university degree, intensive bootcamp, and self-directed path) with programme names, duration, and AI tools relevant to the field. Families have something real to research.
Counsellors log meeting notes per student, visible across the team. The cohort view shows aggregate clarity scores and which career clusters are most represented, useful for whole-school planning and curriculum decisions.
Open Monday to a ranked list. Three students flagged in red. You know who to reach out to before the week gets away from you. No guesswork, no triage at the door.
Three career paths, salary ranges, and programme recommendations in a printable report. Something concrete the student and their family can take home and return to.
Picture a student about to commit to Law with a 14% analytical match. The mismatch alert fires before they enrol, so one conversation can save years. That is the whole point of this platform.
We're opening CareerOracle™ to a small group of founding schools. You get it first, you shape what it becomes, and your school's name goes on this wall.
Ashbury International School is an example of how your school will appear. Every other name here will be a real school that chose to build this with us.
How we handle your students' data when your school uses CareerOracle.
Your school is the data controller. We act only as its processor (GDPR Art. 28).
No marketing emails or mailing lists. Student data is never sold or used for ads.
No session recording or analytics, and students' answers are never reused.
Follows each country's consent age. Parents confirm before the reading starts.
Always says it's an AI. If a student may be at risk, it shares helplines and can alert your wellbeing lead.
Never decides admissions or grades. The counsellor has the last word.
A first cohort of schools across Europe is getting early access this autumn. If your school believes every student deserves a real answer about their future, this is built for you. First month free. No contracts.

Adaptive item selection, the logic behind computerised adaptive testing: each question is chosen from the previous answer, so none is spent on what we already know. Answers are open narratives, not self-ratings, so each one is scored against several models at once (Big Five, RIASEC, values) and against behaviour, not self-image. Models are cross-validated, inconsistencies trigger a follow-up, and every profile carries a confidence score.
About 4 hours a week, on our estimate for a caseload of 250 students. Most of it comes from starting each first meeting with a ready profile (around 20 minutes saved per student), plus the ranked list of who needs you first, drafted parent letters and a compliance report that builds itself. We'll replace this estimate with measured results from our founding schools.
Every student's full profile, ranked by who needs you first, plus a year-group view: the mix of profiles, where the group is heading, how certain students feel and the barriers they report.
It flags students whose plans don't match their profile, applications that clash with their strengths, low certainty about their direction and barriers they've named. Each student is marked Talk soon, Check in or On track.
You share your school's join link with a year group. Each student has a 15-minute conversation with the Oracle on any device, then gets their own career reading and personal dashboard to keep exploring. Their profile lands in your counsellor dashboard the moment they finish. Parents confirm first where the law requires it.
Yes. The compliance pack maps your guidance to the Gatsby Benchmarks for UK schools, or to the OECD career readiness indicators elsewhere, and prints or saves as a PDF.
It's built into the design. We keep cognitive load low (one question at a time, no forms) and use neuro-informed design to reduce visual anxiety, not to chase attention. Every student dashboard includes MoodFlow, a 2-minute guided breathing reset.
Never. It does the first, repetitive part (getting to know each student) so your time goes to the conversations that matter. You stay in charge of every decision.
No. It gives AI estimates built on established research, to start a better conversation, not a diagnosis. We measure accuracy with students' own ratings and will publish results from our founding schools.
Yes. Your school is the data controller and we act only as its processor (GDPR Art. 28). Data is deleted whenever you ask.
